Bought these to start doing my exercises. They work and they work well. I love the saddle the can rest in so I dont have to worry about them falling out as much as when I had regular glass kegel balls. I will say the first few times hurt to insert but once its in there its fine. There is also a noticable clunk when you bend over or move suddenly. Not painful, you can just feel the inner ball roll.Over all I am super happy with these
