About Enhance Your Pleasure with Our Premium Penis Extensions & Sleeves Collection

A penis sleeve changes the size, shape or texture of the penis during sex, or simply adds a new sensation. The names overlap: sleeve, sheath, extender and enhancer are used loosely by brands. The simplest way to shop is to decide what you want to add, then find the design, fit and material that deliver it.

Sleeves, sheaths and extensions: what's the difference?

Open-tip sleeves and girth enhancers

These stretch over the shaft and leave the head uncovered, so the wearer still feels direct touch. They mostly add girth and texture, such as ridges, nubs or beads, and many have a loop that sits behind the testicles to keep them in place.

Closed sheaths

A sheath covers the whole penis, often with a thicker wall and a realistic head. The Perfect Fit Fat Boy Thin 5.0" is a closed-tip sheath that adds 0.5" of girth, with a thick loop around the base of the scrotum that keeps it in place.

Length extensions

Extensions have extra material or a solid tip beyond the end of the penis, so they add length as well as girth. The Blush Performance Plus Silicone Cock Sheath is made of platinum-cured silicone and adds half an inch of length plus extra girth. It has internal ribbing and a ball strap. Several extensions can be trimmed at the base for a custom fit.

Hollow extensions with a harness

Some hollow extensions come with a harness, so waist and thigh straps hold them in place rather than the penis alone. The Performance Maxx Life-Like Extension with Harness adds 2 inches of length and uses a metal ring on a supportive harness.

Vibrating sleeves

A small motor or bullet adds vibration, often aimed at the base or the tip so both partners can feel it.

How to choose

Decide what you want to add

For a first try, a thin sheath or a modest girth sleeve is a comfortable place to start. Large length extensions can feel very different from what either partner is used to, so size up gradually.

Check the fit

Product pages list measurements where the maker supplies them, such as inner diameter, internal length and overall length. Compare them with your own erect length and circumference. Stretchy materials fit a wider range of sizes. A sleeve that grips too tightly at the base acts like a tight cock ring, so choose comfort over maximum snugness.

Pick a material

  • Silicone, including platinum-cured and liquid silicone, is firmer, holds its shape and is non-porous, so it is easier to keep clean. Use water-based lube with it.
  • TPE, TPR and similar soft blends are softer and stretchier and feel closer to skin. They are porous, so they need thorough cleaning and complete drying.
  • Latex appears in a few products. If you have a latex allergy, check the material line on the product page.

Clear sleeves show everything and tend to feel smoother. Realistic sheaths in skin tones add a head, veins and texture. Shaft makes realistic sheaths in several skin tones and two lengths; see the full Shaft collection.

How to put a sleeve on

  1. Start with a clean, dry sleeve and a little water-based lube inside the opening.
  2. Roll back or gently stretch the opening and slide the sleeve over the shaft.
  3. If there is a ball loop, ease the testicles through one at a time.
  4. Check the fit: snug and secure, with no pinching or tight band at the base.
  5. Add lube to the outside before penetration.

Safety and comfort

Take the sleeve off straight away if you notice numbness, coldness, pain or a change of colour, and follow any time limit in the maker's instructions. A sleeve is not a condom. It will not prevent pregnancy or protect against infections, and several makers say so in their instructions. Keep sleeves for one person, or clean them thoroughly between partners. Porous materials cannot be fully sanitised. For extra support at the base, see our cock rings.

Care and cleaning

Wash the sleeve inside and out with warm water and a mild soap or toy cleaner before and after each use, then rinse well. Turn it inside out if the design allows, and let it dry completely before storage. Store soft materials on their own, away from heat, sunlight and other toys, because some soft plastics can stain or react when they touch. Keep vibrating parts out of water unless the product says it is waterproof.

Frequently asked questions

What is a penis sleeve?

A sleeve that fits over the penis to change its size, shape or texture during sex. Some add girth only, others add length or vibration too.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your erect length and circumference, then compare them with the inner diameter and internal length on the product page. Stretchy materials give more room for error.

Will my partner feel the difference?

Usually, yes. Girth, texture and firmness are the most noticeable changes. It is worth talking it through together and starting with a modest size.

Do penis sleeves help with erections?

Sleeves are sex toys, not a treatment. Harnessed extensions are held on by straps rather than by the penis alone, which is why some people choose them. If erections are a concern, a healthcare provider is the right person to ask.

Which lube should I use?

Water-based lube suits every material in this collection. Avoid silicone lube on silicone sleeves unless the maker says it is compatible.
