Realistic Vibrators

63 products

Realistic vibrators have the look of a dildo (a defined head, veins, sometimes balls) and the buzz of a vibrator. Choose battery-powered or rechargeable, firm or soft dual-density, and plain or suction-cup bases that can go hands-free or in a harness. Check the insertable length and width on each product. Our guide to sizes, materials and care is below the products.

About Realistic Vibrators

A realistic vibrator is shaped like a penis, with a defined head, a textured or veined shaft and sometimes balls, and has a motor inside. It suits you if you like the fullness and look of a realistic dildo but also want vibration. Here is how to compare the options.

What makes a vibrator realistic

  • Shape: a pronounced head, veins and a natural curve. Some have balls that double as a handle or a stable base.
  • Feel: dual-density toys pair a soft outer layer with a firmer core, so they feel softer to the touch but stay firm inside. The Blush Au Naturel Miguel, for example, uses a soft phthalate-free TPE outside and a firmer core.
  • Look: skin tones, colours and even glow-in-the-dark finishes.

Types of realistic vibrators

Classic battery-powered vibes

These usually run on AA or AAA batteries, often with a twist dial at the base to set the speed. They are simple, affordable and easy to replace.

Rechargeable vibes

USB-rechargeable models skip batteries, and many offer several vibration patterns. The King Cock Elite 7" Vibrating Silicone Cock with Remote is dual-density silicone with 10 vibration modes, magnetic USB charging and a suction cup.

Suction-cup and harness-compatible vibes

A suction base sticks to smooth, flat surfaces for hands-free play, and many suction bases also fit a strap-on harness. The Real Feel Deluxe No. 5 is fully waterproof, with a suction base that is harness compatible. Browse harnesses in our strap-on dildos and harnesses collection.

Remote-controlled, thrusting and warming vibes

Some models add a remote, so a partner can take control, or motors that thrust or warm the shaft as well as vibrate.

How to choose

Size

Look at insertable length, the part that can actually be used, and width or diameter. Total length includes the base or balls. The easiest check is to compare the numbers with a toy you already enjoy. If this is your first, a moderate width is the comfortable place to start.

Material

  • Silicone is non-porous, durable and easy to clean. Use water-based lube only, because silicone lube can damage silicone toys.
  • PVC is firmer and budget-friendly. Many of ours are labelled phthalate-free on the product page.
  • TPE, TPR and similar soft blends feel squishy and skin-like, but they are porous, so clean them carefully and let them dry fully.

Power and water

Waterproof toys can go in the bath or shower. Splashproof ones should be kept out of water and only wiped clean. Battery models are easy to power anywhere. Rechargeable models save on batteries.

Using a realistic vibrator

  1. Wash it before first use.
  2. Add plenty of water-based lube to the toy and to you.
  3. Start on the lowest setting and ease in gradually.
  4. For hands-free play, press a suction base firmly onto a clean, smooth, non-porous surface.
  5. For anal play, use only toys with a flared or suction base, which stops them slipping in too far.

Care and cleaning

Wash with warm water and a mild soap or toy cleaner after every use. Keep battery compartments and charging ports dry unless the toy is fully waterproof. Take the batteries out if you are storing a toy for a while. Store each toy separately, because some soft materials can react with others. Charge rechargeable toys regularly, even when you are not using them.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a realistic vibrator and a realistic dildo?

The motor. A realistic dildo has the same lifelike shape without vibration. See our realistic dildos if you don't need vibration.

What does dual density mean?

Two layers: a softer outer skin over a firmer inner core. It gives a realistic squeeze without the toy bending too much.

Can I use a realistic vibrator with a harness?

Yes, if it has a suction or flared base that fits your harness ring. The product page says when a toy is harness compatible.

Which lube should I use?

Water-based lube works with every material here and is the safest choice for silicone toys.

Are these vibrators waterproof?

Some are fully waterproof and some are splashproof. Check the product details before taking a toy into the bath or shower.
