Free shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC

Every order to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC ships free with no minimum. Orders ship from our warehouse in Colorado, usually the next business day excluding weekends and holidays, by USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable tracked ground service. All orders ship on a first-in, first-out basis.

Express shipping is FedEx Home Delivery: $19.97 for orders up to 3 lb and $29.97 for heavier orders. Express orders usually arrive 2 to 3 business days after leaving our warehouse. We cannot guarantee a delivery date once the package is with the carrier.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and military addresses: $17.97 for orders up to 3 lb and $29.97 for heavier orders, by USPS Priority Mail.

Canada: $17.97 for orders up to 3 lb and $24.97 for heavier orders. Import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the recipient's responsibility.

Every order ships with tracking; the tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email.

Your order ships in a plain, nondescript package with a nondescript return address that does not mention the contents or Orchid Toys.

Undeliverable orders: the address you enter at checkout is printed on the label exactly as written. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed and are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are subject to a 20% processing fee, shipping charges are not refunded, and reshipping is at the buyer's expense.
