These are excellent,every day sleeves.They, by their design, allow 2 modes of adjustment.The end of the sleeve that goes into the pumphas 4 cut aways that adjust to your penis circumference.Sadly,I only need to remove the first one.But thats why Im using this stuffThe section that fits around the outside of the pump allows you to pull the sleeve as far on as you wish.This allows you to expose asmuch or as little of your penis inside the tube.Thereby, you are able to apply the maximum amount of vacuum while opting for the settingthat is most comfortable to you.

Good but not great...

Good sleeves. Decent seal and easy installation. Only problem I have with them is they are easily torn. If you want to get the most out of them, use them in conjunction with over a silicon doughnut type that comes with pump - you can buy those on other sites. Gives you a SUPER SEAL and is much more comfortable.
