I am an 84 year old that still enjoys a good evening now and then with my wife. Because of medications that I take I am unable to achieve a full erection and have to use a vacuum pump which draws blood into the penis and creates a full erection. It works quite well in most instances. However when I attempted to insert my penis into the Satisfyer it was difficult because of its tightness. It felt natural and I could say that for someone with a natural erection it could be quite enjoyable. I only gave it 3 stars because it did not work for me because of the above reason.
