Ive worn the penis and sack ring thing many times so far and its still like new. Also used the thicker ring a lot and its nice to put on your shaft right before the head starts and let it hang. The adjustable ring is also good quality and doesnt pinch like some of them do. I havent used the other 3 rings yet.

Seems durable, the nubbed thick ring is kind of useless...It is too thick and kind of awkward feeling, and there is no explanation of how to use or what to use the adjustable band for...I do like the clock and balls ring and the plain black rings, they are smooth and very flexible, and feel comfortable on.
