Effective, but a little noisy & have had to replac

I LOVE this vibrator. Its the third turbo Ive had cuz the others didnt last long -- and, no, that wasnt because of overuse. Seems like the wiring at the bullet comes loose and shorts out. And I find it a little noisy. But I ordered a much more expensive vibrator from another company that even recharged itself -- no worry with batteries -- and it was safe for underwater use. But it just wasnt as effective as the turbo.
