Free shipping on every US order
Every order to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC ships free. No minimum, no code, nothing to add at checkout. Orders ship from our warehouse in Colorado, usually the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays), by USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable tracked ground service.
Express shipping
Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout and we ship by FedEx Home Delivery: $19.97 for orders up to 3 lb and $29.97 for heavier orders. Express orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days after they leave our warehouse. We move them to the front of the line and hand them to a faster carrier, but once a package is with the carrier we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and military addresses
Standard shipping is $17.97 for orders up to 3 lb and $29.97 for heavier orders, sent by USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Canada
Standard shipping is $17.97 for orders up to 3 lb and $24.97 for heavier orders. Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created.
Discreet packaging
Your order arrives in a plain box or mailer with a nondescript return address. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or names Orchid Toys.
Undeliverable orders
Please double-check your address at checkout. The address you enter is printed on the label exactly as written, and because orders ship so quickly we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
If an order has already been processed or shipped we cannot change the address; we can only wait to see whether the carrier returns it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are subject to a 20% processing fee, shipping charges are not refunded, and reshipping is at the buyer's expense.
