Express Shipping (FedEx Home Delivery) $12.97.  We will ship your item via 2-day or 3-day FedEx Home Delivery, usually by the next business day, excluding weekends or holidays. We can not guarantee the package will arrive in that time frame, just that it will be sent via FedEx Home Delivery priority shipping.  Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands, and we cannot control the delivery time.

Items will usually ship the next business day, Excluding holidays and weekends.  

All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be shown in your email confirmation once your order has shipped.

We understand how important it is that you receive your order discreetly. Your order will be shipped in a plain, nondescript package with a nondescript return address that does not mention the contents.

What is Route Shipping Insurance?

Orchid Toys is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?

Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID, as you will need it to file the claim. Click here to file a claim with Route's team:

How does Route reimburse me?

Route will process your refund or reorder.

Route is also a mobile app that lets you visually track all your online orders in one place—no need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

 

Undeliverable Orders

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they enter the address correctly at checkout. The address provided is precisely how your shipping label will be printed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to a strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address the buyer entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us.  Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee, and no shipping refund will be issued. You will be responsible for additional shipping expenses.
