Making a purchase.
When you buy something on OrchidToys.com, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of OrchidToys.com . You can choose to store information needed to make a purchase, such as your credit card number, shipping and billing addresses in the My Account – page. You can access this section using your registration password.

SMS/Text Marketing & Notifications
OrchidToys.com SMS Program
1. By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, or subscribing via our subscription form, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 8 messages per month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
