Billing, Returns, & Exchanges

 Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully take extra care to make sure you order the correct size, color and type of your items..

To process a warranty claim please obtain an RMA number by emailing a request to customer service via our contact us form.  Please provide your Order number and the reason for an RMA request in your email, and our customer service team will respond within 24 hrs. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for your inquiry to be processed.

Adult Toys & Lubricants:

Due to health and safety regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once items leave our warehouse they are considered to be used and non-resalable. We will gladly exchange or replace any defective merchandise within the initial 30-day period from purchase, after which the manufacturer provided warranty will apply via our Authorized Seller status. Please note, Orchid Toys may administer troubleshooting efforts before deeming a product defective. We may ask for a photo of the defective item. Please use the Contact Page to report any defective items within 30 days of delivery. Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged.  Qualifying items are eligible for a merchandise credit only.

Apparel Items:

We cannot accept returns on apparel at this time for buyers remorse. Should an item be deemed defective we will be happy to issue merchandise credit or replacement only.

Sex Machines:

All sales are final.  These products on this site are supplied AS IS. No warranty is given either implied or expressed. Products are intended as novelty only, and no representation is made or implied as to their suitability or safety for any particular use. Purchasers use the products entirely at their own risk. The manufacturer or re-seller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss howsoever arising caused by use or misuse of the products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the products and personal injury or damages due to use or misuse.

I received the wrong item or one of my products were missing"

If you receive the wrong order just shoot us an email at within 48 hours and include your order # and a photo of the wrong product and we'll take care of the rest.

Order Cancellation For A Refund:

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the UNOPENED package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to our warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by us that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund followed by an email notification to the address we have on file. We will credit you for the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee. You will not receive credit for the shipping fee.
