The bar itself is versatile -can be wider of narrower and can move from ankles to hands to mouth, whatever. Cons Because the bar is metal and the attachments are metal, they are very loud when they collide. In other words, when using the bar, unless there is constant tension on the wrist cuffs, it sounds like a metal chain is being hit against a metal table. It can be distracting and call attention to your activities.
Wish the cuffs were wider doesnt fit around my thigh for instance, but does fit around my calves.
The length of the attachments from the bar to the cuffs allow more wiggle room than expected. Still restrictive, just not as restrictive. Theres approximately 6 inches of give on both cuffs, meaning the bar has to compensate for one foot of permitted movement.
