It s a solid product but it s HUGE. It has a very large tip to it.

easy to squeeze

I dont have a prostate so I cant comment on that part but I read a review that said the bulb on this one was easy to squeeze and quite soft i have arthritis and wrist pain so that stood out for me . It is pretty big but it gets the job done and its easy to use. Do recommend for anyone, prostate or not.
