This Bang model was inexpensive so we bought it, and IT WORKS GREAT The vibrations start fairly strong, but are easy to dial down to a more comfortable level. The various vibration patterns are fun, too. We played with it on and off for a week before it needed to be recharged. Great little product Bought this product for my wife. She loves it Whether alone or with me. More functions than needed but it allows you to tailor it to the mood. It powerful and quite for the amount of power it has. We did have an issue with the remote little over a year from buying it. It was purchased from a store and not on-line. I told the owner about it and he asked if I had tried their customer service. I told him my issue and after vacation I contacted Novel Creations and I found the customer service EXCELLENT and never had an issue with them. We conversed through e-mail and everything was taken care of beyond my expectations With the added customer support this is five stars.
